Rules And Regulations For Contest
 

1. All contestants must be 18 years of age to enter and a US resident.
2. All entries must be submitted via email by JPEG, Photoshop PSD, or via mail. The photo needs to be 3 x 5 inches in size.
3. Employees of Quick Change Artist, LLC and immediate family are prohibited from entering contest.
4. All entries become the property of Quick Change Artist, LLC after being submitted for the contest.
5. All entries must be submitted by January 30, 2006.
6. Winners will be chosen by judges on February 10, 2006 and announced on February 11, 2006 online at www.onesole.com and at the WSA Show in Las Vegas.
7. Prizes will be awarded and distributed to all winners by June 30, 2006.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, or exchanged for cash. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance and all taxes associated with prize.
10. Contests are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited.

Winning design tops will be displayed at the WSA Show in Las Vegas and added to Onesole’s Spring Collection Line and named after designer.
