Shipping Policies:

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days upon availability. Allow 1 week for special orders, limited edition tops and certain styles. We Ship Fed Ex, UPS & USPS. Next Day Air shipping does not apply if order is placed after 1:00 pm EST.

International Delivery:

Onesole provides our international customers with an easy way to shop with us! If you live outside the US, please contact us at 561-845-6361 to learn more about shipping and freight forwarding options!!!!

For shipments to Canada, please note that although NAFTA makes shopping for goods “Made In America” duty free, online purchases are still subject to both GST of 5% and PST of up to 8% depending on your provincial residence. There is also a freight brokerage fee.

Returns and Exchanges:

Onesole prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days and we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs or exchange. Items purchased in the store in FL cannot be returned via the internet.

Color:

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our merchandise on our Web site. However, the color(s) you see will vary depending on the settings and capabilities of your monitor, computer and Web browser. Therefore, Onesole cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the shoes is accurate.

Submissions:

We're always pleased to hear from you and we welcome your comments regarding our products and services. However, company policy does not allow us to consider or accept creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those we have specifically requested. We hope you understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings or conflicts when projects developed by us or our affiliates might appear to others to be similar to their own creative work. Accordingly, we must, regretfully, ask that you do not send us any original creative materials such as sketches, swatches, photographs, sample’s or other original artwork or product descriptions.
